POLARIS
provides complete testing and analysis for oils, fuels, coolants
and water-based fluids for numerous applications in a wide variety of
industries. We enable you to see exactly what's happening inside a piece
of equipment - with both the fluid and the unit. The information we discover
is our most valuable commodity - a commodity that, for customers, can
mean the difference between profit and loss.

OIL
ANALYSIS
Oil is the "lifeblood" of machines and equipment. Routine testing
and analysis can show you how the condition of a particular lubricant
can affect equipment performance and, ultimately, your bottom line. Oil
analysis with POLARIS can:
Extend oil drain intervals
Extend equipment life
Identify minor problems before they become major failures
Maximize asset reliability

TESTING TIPS

FUEL ANALYSIS
Fuel analysis can identify problems effecting fuel filter life and engine
performance, such as filter plugging, loss of power or poor injector performance.
Testing bulk fuel storage tanks can verify compliance with required supplier
specifications.
TESTING TIPS

COOLANT ANALYSIS
Coolant Analysis takes the guess work out of properly maintaining a cooling system and can identify maintenance problems before catastrophic engine failure occurs. Regular coolant testing and routine maintenance can help you achieve maximum system efficiency and save you time and money in less downtime, fewer repairs and determining proper drain intervals.
A cooling system is subject to pitting, corrosion, cavitation, erosion and electrolysis. Although coolants are formulated to help prevent these problems from occurring, coolant analysis will identify them if present and determine if the coolant you're using is providing adequate protection.
TESTING TIPS

INDUSTRIAL WATER-BASED FLUID ANALYSIS
Glycols, water glycols, emulsions and invert emulsions are most often
tested for contamination, water content and heat resistance and corrosion
properties - all of which are major concerns in any industrial application.
WEAR DEBRIS ANALYSIS
Wear Debris Analysis is the microscopic examination of the particles present
within a lubricant. Identifying what types of particles are being generated
is helpful in determining their source and whether or not they are harmful
to the unit.

SPECIALTY
TESTING
Specialty testing is often requested when standard testing results identify
specific issues or concerns that require more information or clarification. Fluid quality testing ensures that a fluid meets the manufacturer's
specifications and determines whether or not it is suitable for use.
PRIVATE LABEL PROGRAM
POLARIS designs Private Label Programs
to help original equipment manufacturers, oil companies, distributors
and marketers reinforce customer goodwill while simultaneously increasing
profits. These companies entrust POLARIS with providing value-added
oil analysis service branded under their own product lines. Completely
customized programs allow these Private Label customers additional opportunities
for brand recognition every time one of their customers applies a customized
sample jar label or read a customized
data analysis report. Learn
